oil pastels plus some funny substance slashed across with a paintbrush... tadah! it's a painting!

the whole thing was copied from this book my teacher brought in class

those two birds should've been er... SWANS but they came out as DUCKS. i can guess why ><

i liked doing the sea (if ever the water really was the sea... maybe it was some kind of big lake?) because coloring it was just like me going berserk with the oil pastels (imagine a four year old madly scribbling with crayons). the sky was the hardest, and the clouds were DEADLY. hahahaha

Nevertheless, everything came out well. Even if you "copy" something, you can never make a very exact carbon copy of it. I think your efforts paid out, because the sky and the clouds are stunning!
